Marching in the San Francisco Pride Parade is a fantastic way to represent your organization, cause, message, or belief in front of many audiences! Take this opportunity to join all the different organizations in representing the Asian & Pacific Islander community and marching in solidarity. Partaking in the parade is not only a celebration of our community's progress, but also a continuation of our march for equality.
The parade will start at 10:30 AM on Sunday, June 29th at Market St & Beale St and will end at Market St & 8th Street in Downtown SF (see map on right).
Folks who share their pride during the parade on Instagram with the hashtag #APILGBTPride will be eligible to win 1 of 3 $15 iTunes gift cards!

The Asian & Pacific Islander Wellness Contingent is Contingent #40 in the San Francisco Pride Parade. We will be assembling on Spear St between Market St and Mission St by 9:30 AM to check-in organizations and hand out badges to trained contingent monitors. We are scheduled to begin marching around 10:30 AM.
Organizations intending to march with the A&PI Contingent must contribute 2 trained contingent monitors for every 25 marchers in their group to ensure we meet the SF Pride Parade's safety requirements. If you have not applied to be in the contingent, please contact us ASAP at [email protected] and show up to Spear St between Mission St and Market St before 9:30 AM on Sunday morning since we may have enough contingent monitors to accommodate you.
